"Dr. Valentyne Machines a Heart"

Please check out this 2 minute test animation just in time for Valentine’s Day. Set in Dr. Christian Rosenkreuz’ macabre steam punk, Robotic Animation Operating Theatre, where Dr. Valentyn Machines a Heart into life.

This stop motion animation was shot in our Greenpoint studio as an animation test to check out various lenses, shooting styles and set pieces. We tested out stop motion, cell animation, animated illustration, slow shutter photography and a spot of green screen in our short effort. The theme came from another short film that this is a test for.
